Josephine and Richard were raised in Sioux City and Lemars, Iowa. They resided in Worthington, Minnesota for over 40 years before moving to White Bear Lake, Minnesota.

“Jo” (as she was called) was a very vibrant and fun loving person. She made friends wherever she went. Joe and Richard had taken over 8 cruises and had gone to Hawaii and Mexico many times. She had also traveled to Italy and Spain with family. She crocheted countless afghans which have been given to friends and family across the country. She has taught her granddaughter, Katie Anderson, to crochet and knit. Katie shall carry on crocheting. She was also an avid Bridge player. She played Bridge weekly at the White Bear Lake Senior Center, North Oaks Country Club, and her church, St. Mary of the Lake. She was loved and will be missed and remembered by her friends and family. Rest in Peace, Jo.

Visitation at 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., Mass at 1:30 p.m. and a luncheon to follow at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 4741 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake, Minnesota on Saturday, April 22, 2017. Private interment at Fort Snelling Cemetery where she joins her husband, Richard Lee.
