Peggy was born on October 14, 1951 in St. Paul, MN. She passed away peacefully at age 65 at her sister’s home on the morning of May 20, 2017. She has been reunited with her beloved dogs, Amy and Annie. Preceded in death by parents, Daniel and Veronica O’Connell; and brother in law, Michael Groppoli, Jr. will be dearly missed by her husband, Jim; sisters, Elizabeth (Philip) Hodgson of England; and Teresa “Tere” O’Connell of Lino Lakes; many niece, nephews, a grand nephew, and many other family and friends. Visitation from 4-7PM at Mueller Memorial, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul on Thursday, May 25, 2017. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM on Friday, May 26, 2017 at St. Pascal Baylon Catholic Church, 1757 Conway Street, St. Paul, with second visitation one hour prior. There will be a private interment at a later date in Saint Thomas, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to St. Pascal Baylon Catholic School or to the Wright County (Buffalo, MN) Animal Humane Society.
