Condolence: Dawn, Our sincere condolences with John's passing. I enjoyed working with John at Northwest/Delta Airlines in Technical Training and watched him become a very good and respected instructor. We also shared the brotherhood of the Fire Service. John was very thoughtful and had a big heart. We are grateful we were able to visit with you both at the lake this summer. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Condolence: I am truly sorry for your loss. I wish I could take away the pain of losing someone you love but I can't. What I find that helps is to sit back and run through all the wonderful memories you shared, that will bring a smile to your face and momentarily lighten your heart...I am sure GOD is taking very good care of John and he's probably dancing with the angels right now!

Condolence: Dawn -

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy as you mourn the loss of your loving husband John.
What a shock! Though I did not know him, from reading his obituary and seeing his eyes sparkle photo, makes it evident that he had a special spirit, loved life, and was loved and enjoyed by so many. May sharing your many memories with your loved ones and friends help bring you a sense of comfort and peace during this very difficult time.
Sincerely,
Dana Wahlberg

Condolence: Please accept my sincere condolences to you and your family. I was a classmate of John's from first grade through high school at St. Anthony, St. Boniface and Edison. Another classmate brought John's obit to my attention. I haven't seen him since high school or perhaps a reunion. I have many fond memories of "Johnny Joe" as we were growing up, especially I'm remembering all of the middle school antics that middle school kids do. I'm so sorry to hear this because I had hoped to see him again sometime at a reunion. Your childhood friends and classmates are never ever forgotten. Please know that John was a really good kid growing up and he always had a smile on his face and twinkle in his eye. God bless you and your family.

Condolence: I offer my heartfelt condolences to Dawn and the Evangelist family and friends of John. When death robs us of someone we love very much, it causes much sadness and grief. Our loving heavenly Father, Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) gives us hope at Revelations 21: 4 says: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." 1 Corinthians 15: 26 tells us: "And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing." Isaiah 33:24 guarantees us: "And no resident will say "I am sick," ever again. May these promises from Jehovah God bring you comfort. Psalm 34:18
None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection. (John 5:28, John 6:40, John 11:23-25, Acts 24:15) Again, the family is in my prayers and I offer my heartfelt condolences.

Condolence: Dawn,

My heart is heavy and may you find comfort in knowing John touched so many lives. John was truly a friend and taught me a valuable lesson for life..."TO WATCH MY OWN BOBBER!" I had to learn this lesson the hard way.

Honored to call him my friend and deeply missed.

Steve.
