" I'm past my expiration date! Many that left, I've gone to see. The rest are left, please pray for me!"

Born on April 19, 1933, passed away on August 13, 2017. Joe was a husband, father, grandfather, farm kid, veteran, ice cream man, picture framer, and tobacco and candy man. Preceded in death by parents, Ted and Francis, 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Survived by dear wife of 63 years Eunice Poirier "Eppie"; 6 children and 14 grandchildren, Pat (Glenn Schultz), Julie, Tony: Mike (Mary Jo), Savannah, Reggie: Bob (Joyce), Dan (Laura), Sarah, Casey, Abby (Fiance Charlie): Joe (Sue), Maggie, Katie: Mary (Steve Kuehn), David, Eric: Earl (Jill), Ted, Amy; and 4 Poirier brother in-laws, 2 sister in-laws; and many nieces, nephews, and family and friends. Visitation 4-8 PM on Friday, August 25, 2017 at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 4738 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at ST. MARY OF THE LAKE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 4741 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake, with second visitation one hour prior to Mass at the church. Interment at church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the St. Mary of the Lake Repair Fund or to HealthEast Hospice.
