Age 87 of White Bear Lake
Passed Away on March 15, 2018

Loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister Passed away peacefully on March 15, 2018. All who knew Joyce loved her and will miss her dearly. Joyce was born on October 20, 1930, one of twelve children raised in Centerville MN, by Mable (nee Proulx) and Joseph D Cardinal. Preceded in death by her daughter Mary Donohue and Richard Cartier. Survived by children, Sandy (Jim) Letourneau, John Cartier, Robert Cartier, Michele Cartier, Carrie Cartier, and son-in-law Sean Donohue: grandchildren, Jason and Jeremy Meyers, Casey and Tanya Cartier, Lauren and Erin Donohue; great and great-great grandchildren; 9 siblings; and other family and friends. Mass of Christian Burial at Noon (12pm) on Friday March 23, 2018 at ST. MARY OF THE LAKE CATHOLIC CHURCH 4741 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake with visitation one hour prior and lunch to follow. Interment at St John's the Baptist Cemetery in Hugo at a later date. Memorials will be donated to Joyce's favorite charity.
