Condolence: To the Family Of Fred, We hope you know how much Fred meant to so many people and the youth in White Bear Wrestling especially. Fred was our wrestling coach in youth wrestling and was a big influence on him and his wrestling career. Fred was more than just a coach he was a mentor and all around great person. He will be greatly missed.... We can still hear Fred asking the boys in the wrestling room "Are you injured or hurt??...Ok, then get back up and wrestle"
