Condolence: Don was my professor in our School Law class at William Mitchell. It was an elective that I took on a whim. It turned out to be my favorite class at WMCL because Don was such a great teacher. He was personable, approachable, and brought the subject alive with his experience and love of the subject. I was lucky to have learned under his tutelage. Peace.
