Condolence From: Fred Banholzer JR
Condolence: Doris and family, please accept my condolences for your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Lloyd during our years at 3M when he managed 3M Property Accounting and I was in Sourcing, both in Bldg 21. Years later we reconnected following my retirement at the various Retired Engineering lunches and events and he would call periodically to let me know of an obituary he had noticed in the paper. He had a great laugh and always greeted me with a big smile and a firm handshake. Periodically I would see him and Doris at the local Cub store. He was a good man and I enjoyed working with him.
My thoughts and prayers to your family for your loss.
Fred Banholzer, 3M Retired Sourcing Manager, Shoreview, MN

Condolence: Almost 30 years ago Lloyd welcomed me into the family as his Daughter in Law when I married his oldest son Dennis. We always got along very well and shared some great times. I will always cherish our conversations, margaritas and most of all our dances. Lloyd was my best dance partner ever!! We will always remember him singing "Knee high by the 4th of July" to his Granddaughter Saphire. Above all Lloyd loved his family and was the happiest when they were around. Thank you for all years Lloyd. You will always and forever be loved and missed. We Bless you on your journey.
