Richard “Rick” John Healy
Rick was born on January 15, 1952 in St. Paul, Minnesota. He was the son of Helen and Edward Healy. He graduated from Highland Park High School and went on to become a machinist. Rick’s daughters and grandchildren were the center of his life. He loved to waterski, swim, focus on politics, and spend time with his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Edward Healy; and his sister, JoAnn Healy.
He will be dearly missed by his daughters, Bridget (Tim) Smith of Chisago City, and Angela Healy of Minneapolis; his grandchildren, Brianna and Alex Smith; his brother, Edward Healy, Jr.; his friends from Courtly Hills; and many other family and friends.
There was a private gathering for a small group of family and friends on April 4, 2017.
There will be a gathering for all friends and family from 4:00-7:00 PM on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Mueller Memorial, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake with a service beginning at 7:00 PM. Reverend Bob Headley will be leading the services. Interment to take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights on Friday morning.
