Longtime East Sider
Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Longtime employee of St. Paul Water Utility. Preceded in death by his parents Frank & Faustina, brothers Luciano, Luigi & John, his sister Antoinette and daughter Cynthia. He is survived by children Michael (Connie) Frascone, Nancy (Larry) Thomason, Jay (Alice) Frascone & Leo Jr. (Virginia) Frascone. There are 8 grandchildren. Also by a brother Jim (Phyllis) Frascone. Visitation TUESDAY from 4-8 PM at MUELLER MEMORIAL PARKWAY CHAPEL, 835 Johnson Pkwy. @ 7th St., St. Paul. Burial at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery at a later date.
