Obituary for Calvin "Jack" Hazen

Calvin “Jack” Larue Hazen Jr.
Passed away at home
on January 7, 2018
Jack was born on 6/12/1947 in Williamsport, PA. He proudly served our country as a United States Marine during the Vietnam War where he received a Purple Heart medal. Jack retired from J.N. Johnson Fire & Safety of Minneapolis. He enjoyed being on the river fishing. Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Tootie Hazen; and brother, Daniel. He is survived by his children, Pam, of DuBois, PA. and John (Dawn), of Lauderdale, MN; granddaughter, Emma; siblings, Joe, Bonnie and Robin (Lisa). A private family remembrance will take place at a later date. Memorials are preferred to the VA Hospital.
