Obituary for Les Layton

Lester (Les) L. Jr.
Formerly of Woodbury
Passed Away January 15, 2018
in Florida, from the effects of a life-long battle with Type 1 diabetes. He was born February 20, 1947, in St. Paul, MN. Preceded in death by parents Lester and Frances (Russell) and sisters Mary and Patricia. Les is survived by his two children: Andrew (Jen) & Jennifer Arnold, sisters Judith Jones & Kathleen (Glenn) Baldwin, three grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, including his “kid” brother Marty Probst, “kid” sister Chris Anthony. Service Friday (February 9) at 11:00 am at ST. ANDREW LUTHERAN CHURCH, 900 Stillwater Road, Mahtomedi with a reception immediately following the service at church. Visitation Thursday (February 8) from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 4738 Bald Eagle Road, White Bear Lake and one hour before the service at church.
