Condolence From: Kris Nelson-Jensen
Condolence: I am so very saddened to hear of Eric's passing. I hadn't seen him for over 10 years. I caught up with his life through his folks when I ran into them before they passed. Eric and I were pretty inseparable in our early college years at WCC. I will never forget the humor and love of music we shared. I loved how Lyle, Eric and I could make any time a great time. I loved our many trips we took together, visits to Eagle lake. As young adults you believe there is always 'another time' to connect. As we get older we realize life is very short. I wished I had taken another time to connect with Eric. He was my friend and meant a lot to me. May the peace you rest in now be especially restful and cozy my friend Eric. Lovingly, Kris

Condolence: Eric Larson was in my prayers this Easter weekend at the celebrations: Blessed is that person who gifts of Holy Spirit lived all the Beatitudes of the Lord, theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven...Eric was an extraordinary parish minister, a joy to work with at St. Mike's, kind, caring, generous, highly creative, and fun to minister with at the parish. He will be missed and loved by all he served so faithfully.

Condolence: I just wanted to let Eric's family know how much Eric meant to my daughter and I. We were members of St Michaels. Eric was very supportive and encourage my daughter to play her violin with the chior and also as a solo. He welcomed her to play and every time she did he made sure she knew he enjoyed her playing and wanted her to come and play the next weekend. He was one of the reasons she enjoyed going to church. She is now an adult and when I told her of Eric's passing she said that he was the only happy and welcoming memory she had of the church. He will be missed by others of us.

Condolence: To Jim and Eric's brothers and sisters,

I am so very saddened and sorry to hear of Eric's passing. Words are always difficult to find at times like these, but I want you to know that I am thinking of you all at this most difficult of times.

I will always love the memories I have of Eric and I as kids, at college together, and hanging out as adults. He was a fixture at my parents home in St. Cloud and we always enjoyed his company.

His smile was infectious, his laugh, sense of humor, his love of the beauty of life and the simple things, his faith, and his beautiful talent are traits I loved most about him.

I am sending prayers of healing, comfort, peace, and positive energy, and all my love to you.

Godspeed my dear cousin, I love you and will always miss you. The world will not be the same without you here.❤

~Gerilyn

He was a really good guy and will be sorely missed. My condolences to Jim and the rest of his family.

Condolence: Jim and Eric’s family,
I was a trustee for most of the duration that Eric served St. Michaal’s Parish. We were friends and had many conversations about music, ministry and life. I hope I gave him the support and friendship that he wanted as he did for me. I am shocked at his passing so unexpectedly and I will miss him. He knew all my favorite hymns and would slip them in occasionally with a wink before mass. I will hold you up in prayer as you deal with this sad loss. Jeri
